Job Description:
UES is seeking an organized, strategic, and execution-focused Program Manager to oversee and drive performance across two workstreams within the IRA Georgia Home Energy Rebates program. This individual will serve as the liaison between our internal team, contractors across the state, and our client. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
•Lead overall execution of two core workstreams. Contractor Management - including lead generation and outreach, onboarding and enrollment, and post-activation support and performance improvement.QAQC Field Management - overseeing field technician performance and compliance with QA/QC standards.
•Collaborate closely with the client (program implementer) to align goals and ensure deliverables are met.
•Manage scope, timelines, and delivery against client SOWs. Ensure milestones and goals are achieved on time and within budget.
People & Stakeholder Management
•Manage 9 team members: 3 Account Managers, 2 Program Coordinators, 1 QAQC Lead, and 3 QAQC Technicians.
•Delegate responsibilities effectively and set clear expectations and goals at both individual and team levels.
•Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that thrives in both field and remote settings.
Operations & Execution
•Own and refine daily workflows, internal processes, and reporting routines across the program.
•Coordinate daily execution of tasks while maintaining a strong grip on strategic objectives and client-facing metrics.
•Build and maintain dashboards, prepare weekly and monthly reporting decks, and lead recurring client meetings and discussions.
•Drive performance tracking and continuous improvement in a dynamic, stakeholder-rich environment.
Tools, Reporting, and Analytics
•Use and manage tools such as Pipedrive CRM, project management systems, and shared dashboards to monitor contractor and technician performance.
•Oversee tracking systems for deadlines, deliverables, contractor compliance, and QAQC reporting.
Required Experience
•5+ years in program or operations management roles, ideally within client-facing environments.
•Strong communication and presentation skills; able to lead client meetings and communicate complex project updates clearly.
•Comfort managing technical and non-technical staff, field and office-based roles.
•Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), data tools, and reporting/dashboarding platforms.
Preferred Experience
•Background in building science, HVAC trades, residential energy efficiency programs, or home performance contracting.
•Experience working with contractor networks, trade associations, or statewide implementation programs.
•Knowledge of state energy rebate programs, particularly the IRA Georgia Home Energy Rebates or similar initiatives.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
