Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable with a record of strong attendance, willingness to learn, and positive attitude. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be utilized. You will be trained in multiple departments as needed, as well as completing general labor duties. Cross-training is part of Flexospan's employee development philosophy, enabling us to find a position in our company that best matches your individual skillset.

Responsibilities:

- Provide general labor assistance to all departments as needed

- Must be able to perform manual labor

- Assist the plant manager with required maintenance that may need performed

- Operation of production equipment

- Ensuring proper safety procedures are followed at all times

- Ability to change duties throughout the day

- Work independently and/or as a team member taking ownership of assigned tasks

- Understand and follow oral instructions

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be motivated and possess a good work ethic

- Attendance is key - reliable transportation and willingness to work is essential

- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

- Must have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion, up to 50 pounds frequently
