Position Summary

The Production Manager oversees shift supervisors, ensuring continuity across shifts and holding teams accountable to KPIs. The role balances shop-floor leadership with data analysis and reporting to drive execution and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and hold shift supervisors accountable to KPIs (OEE, scrap/rework %, schedule adherence, delivery, labor efficiency).

· Ensure continuity, discipline, and standardized practices across shifts.

· Apply lean and ISO practices to drive standardization and improvement.

· Manage scheduling to ensure production plans are achievable, resources are aligned, and delivery targets are met.

· Spend time on the shop floor with supervisors and operators to support problem-solving.

· Participate in selecting/interviewing/hiring new production staff.

· Analyze production data, create reports, and communicate results using Word/Excel.

· Foster team engagement and training compliance to strengthen accountability.

· Any other Production Management-related duties assigned.

Qualifications

· Experience as a production or quality supervisor, or prior production/operations manager role.

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing and ISO principles (certifications not required).

· Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.

· Ability to balance shop-floor presence with office-based analysis.

· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

· High School Diploma/GED.

Compensation & Growth

- Competitive salary ($75,000–$95,000 depending on experience).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
