TDW’s Manager, Production at the Tulsa Pigging Products Division oversees various aspects to ensure our facility operates safely, efficiently and effectively. Your mission is to lead a high performing team that is safely delivering products on time, with great quality, at the expected cost.
- QHSE: Promote culture of safety and ensure compliance with HSE rules & procedures. Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Results Oriented: Develop and execute manufacturing and delivery plans that drive results tied to radical responsiveness, delighting customers. Take extreme ownership of your department and outcomes.
- Lean Manufacturing: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Support programs and initiatives to boost efficiency and ensure adherence of the team.
- Process optimization: Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, making data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency
- Team Development: Select, motivate, and develop employees as you lead a high performing team that can solve problems and make work better.
- Financial Accountability: Manage an annual budget and monitor capital expenditures to maximize ROI, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Collaboration: Work within a complex matrix organization, collaborating with various functions to represent the pigging products business line and manufacturing and improve the plant.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in business or engineering, backed by a minimum of 7 years' experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing and/or supply chain
- You demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
- You have a keen business sense that guides your decisions and actions to deliver excellence to the customer
- You are committed to developing as a leader by learning new skills and creating time to stay current on technology, processes and tools that can lead to improvements.
- You possess a good ability to rally and unite teams around a common vision and shared goals
- You are able to navigate in a changing environment and you consistently focus on the right priorities
- You possess a strong background in continuous improvement process tools
- You are an excellent communicator, fluent in English
