Production Supervisor

General Description

Manage the personnel and production for efficiency and safety on first shift.

Essential Job Functions and Duties

Manage and promote production and safety of first shift employees

Perform corrective/disciplinary action as necessary

Conduct safety meetings

Coordinate with other supervisors regarding production/performance issues

Protect company assets

Administer company policies and work rules

Promote and maintain high standards of housekeeping

Responsible for maintaining established quality standards during production

Job Specifications

1-3 years minimum prior experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office and the use of the internet

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Must maintain strict confidentiality at all times
