Midnite Solar is an innovative manufacturing company located just 15 miles north of Everett in Arlington. We are seeking detail-oriented people to join our manufacturing team. The Production Assembler contributes to the success of Midnite Solar by completing assigned work in a timely manner to assure quality products are being delivered to our customers on time.

Work Requirements:

- Assemble mechanical assemblies

- Perform assigned tasks per production drawings, sample assemblies and verbal instructions.

- Communicate difficulties to manager.

- Perform basic math functions

- Ability to work in a position of frequently changing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 1yr of assembly experience

- High degree of hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity

- Experience using hand tools

- Basic component identification skills, including polarity

Physical Demands:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

- Other physical activity including standing, bending and reaching.

Working Schedule:

This position is a full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees should have the flexibility to work our 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours (7:00 am – 3:30 pm).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
