Product Trainer

We are Bil Technology, the exclusive authorized dealer of DJI in Canada, focused on B2B sales with major partners like Best Buy, Costco, and London Drugs. Beyond these key accounts, we’re also expanding into local retail stores nationwide. -Duties

- Execute product merchandising, inventory management and staff training programs for key accounts (Best Buy, Costco) and SMB retail channels.

- Deliver comprehensive drone operation training including flight techniques, aerial photography and Canadian aviation regulations, with live product demonstrations at retail stores and trade events.

- Develop and maintain retailer relationships to optimize product placement while collecting customer feedback and monitoring competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

- Establish and maintain standardized store profiles and merchandising guidelines to ensure brand compliance across all retail locations.

-Qualifications

- Fluent English – Must be able to conduct professional B2B product training and presentations in English. Mandarin is an asset.

- Passion for sales & technology – Prior sales experience is preferred, with enthusiasm for promoting drone/tech products.

- Quick learner – Willing to master drone products and related regulations (prior knowledge is a plus, but not required).

- Strong communicator – Ability to explain technical features clearly and engage customers effectively.

- Self-driven & detail-oriented – Proactive in client follow-ups and meticulous in training delivery.

- Adaptable to travel – Occasional domestic trips required (approx. 1x/month, 3-5 days).
