Rooftop Power is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Support Case Analyst
to join our growing Customer Support team. This role is central to our mission of providing outstanding service and support to residential solar customers. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities, all while maintaining accuracy and a strong customer-first approach.

What You’ll Do
•Manage and resolve incoming support cases related to system alerts, customer inquiries, and service issues.
•Communicate with customers in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner via phone, email, and ticketing system.
•Collaborate with internal teams such as production, technology, and field operations to investigate and resolve issues.
•Prioritize case queues and escalate urgent matters as needed.
•Document case notes clearly and thoroughly to ensure accurate records and team visibility.
•Assist in identifying patterns or recurring issues and flag them for process improvement or preventative action.
•Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting peers and sharing knowledge.

What You Bring
•1–3 years of experience in a customer support, service coordination, or case management role (solar or technical industry experience is a plus).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.
•Experience with customer support platforms or ticketing systems preferred.
•A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
