About the Role

Maverick Power is seeking a motivated entry-level engineer to support the development of new product modules for the Maverick Power quotation tool (MP Direct), create clear and compelling technical marketing content, and contribute to an emerging AI automation strategy across our engineering and operations workflows. This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who is technically inclined but business-aware, and excited about applying engineering thinking to product development, customer communication, and internal efficiency.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, another technical field, or equivalent experience is required

Required

- Strong written communication and technical documentation skills, Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic logic/programming concepts. Interest in AI, automation, and digital tools such as Python, VBA, ChatGPT, large language models (LLMs), and Microsoft Power Automate.

Preferred

-Familiarity with electrical switchgear (UL 891, 1558, 1008, 67, 508A, ANSI/IEEE C37.20, NEC), Exposure to product configurators and ERP systems (Epicor or equivalent), experience with technical marketing or content creation
