Utilize your understanding of our client’s use cases and market knowledge to identify potential product roadmap implications and serve as an internal advocate for our clients.
Assist in customer acquisition by contributing to technical solution design during sales processes, RFPs, participating in industry events, and hosting workshops for prospective customers.

Experience working directly with electric utilities, preferably in engineering or system planning roles. Familiarity with utility data, planning studies, and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, internal teams, and executives.
Experience in customer onboarding, process consulting, or technical solution deployment, ensuring seamless adoption of solutions and continuous value delivery.
Strategic problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs, improving processes, and optimizing solutions.
