Job Description Job Description – Marketing Manager & Content Designer

Job Summary:Melink Solar, a leading commercial solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company specializing in designing and building solar arrays, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing & Content Designer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for creating, designing, and executing marketing materials that promote our commercial solar solutions to potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

As the sole marketing professional, this individual will develop visually compelling and informative content for digital, print, and event marketing — including website pages, social media, sales collateral, case studies, trade show materials, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and content creation, ensuring that all marketing efforts effectively communicate Melink Solar’s expertise, value, and leadership in the industry.

This position reports to the CEO of Melink Solar.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design:

•

Develop, write, and design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, sales sheets, presentations, case studies, and white papers.

•

Create engaging website content and optimize pages for brand consistency, readability, and SEO.

•

Design social media graphics, infographics, and digital ads to support brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

•

Manage and maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all marketing materials.

•

Develop marketing content that clearly communicates Melink Solar’s unique value proposition, including financial benefits, sustainability impact, and technical expertise.

Marketing Execution & Lead Generation:

•

Execute and manage email marketing campaigns, including writing and designing newsletters and promotional emails.

•

Manage social media content creation and posting, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and engagement strategies.

•

Support SEO and digital advertising efforts by designing graphics, writing content, and optimizing website pages.

•

Assist the sales team by developing targeted marketing collateral to support prospect engagement and lead conversion.

Event & Trade Show Support:

•

Design and produce event materials, including banners, booth displays, signage, and handouts for trade shows and conferences.

•

Coordinate trade show participation, including logistics, material shipments, and promotional content.

•

Assist in organizing webinars and industry events, including developing invitations, presentations, and post-event follow-ups.

Marketing Analytics & Optimization:

•

Track marketing performance through Google Analytics, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and social media metrics to measure content effectiveness.

•

Make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.

•

Maintain and update marketing assets to ensure they remain relevant and impactful.

Required Skills & Abilities:

•

Strong ability to design and create marketing materials, including graphics, web pages, and digital content.

•

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience crafting compelling, audience-focused messaging.

•

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design tools.

•

Experience managing WordPress websites and making content updates as needed.

•

Working knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

•

Proficient in using marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).

•

Proficient with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.

•

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

•

Strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and creative problem-solving skills.

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

•

Strong organizational, follow-through, interpersonal, and communication and team building skills.

•

High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic.

•

Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.

•

Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

Education & Experience:

•

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

•

At least 4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or content creation, preferably in B2B industries.

•

Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.

•

Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, or construction industry is highly desirable.
