Our work environment includes:

We are a mid-sized metal fabrication facility located in the Maumelle/North Little Rock area. We specialize in large quantity orders of fabricated sheet metal. We have laser, turret punch, press brake, welding, powder coating, and machine capabilities all in house. We primarily operate within the 1/4 inch - 22ga range of material, all kinds of metal primarily focusing on steel and stainless steel, and produce products for a huge range of industries.

We have 5 press brakes that we need operators for, preferably individuals with set up experience. We have 3 very new Mitsubishi's (40, 60, and 240 ton), 1 fairly modern Accurpress, and 1 Euromac.

Experience is of course preferred, but right now we will consider applicants with no experience but demonstrated aptitude and attitude. There is ample opportunity for overtime and advancement.

The selected candidate will likely be heavily supervised at first but will be expected to show initiative to operate independently as soon as possible.

This is a role that could lead to higher pay and advancement.

Shifts are as follows:

Day shift: 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday

Overtime as needed by the business, available frequently, rarely required.

Skills:

Press Brake Operation experience is preferred.

Blueprint Reading skills strongly preferred.

Quality Control abilities strongly preferred.

Set up experience strongly preferred.

Forklift Experience strongly preferred.

Ability to operate a windows based computer preferred.

Fabrication experience preferred.
