Job Purpose:
Our company is seeking an experienced looking for a reliable, motivated, and hard-working press brake operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in metal fabrication.

Job Description:
•
Setup and operate CNC press brakes independently
•
Accurately select the required tooling for projects
•
Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to form to the customer specifications
•
Setup and operate plate rolls
•
Consistently produce quality products
•
Read and interpret drawings
•
Handle material safely and efficiently
•
Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
•
Perform basic machine maintenance procedures
•
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
•
Related tasks and projects as required
•
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Qualifications/Competencies:
•
Experience operating a CNC press brake
•
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
•
Able to operate a forklift
•
Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results
•
3+ years of experience in the metal fabrication industry
•
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•
Physical stamina and ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
