Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be detail-oriented, and have a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Transcribe meeting notes and correspondence accurately and promptly.

•

Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaboration with team members.

•

Assist in event planning by coordinating logistics, venues, and catering services.

•

Support project coordination by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.

•

Maintain computer literacy to navigate various software applications effectively.

•

Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and file management.

•

Organize files systematically for easy retrieval of information.

•

Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and facilitate communication within the office.

•

Execute clerical duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Experience

•

Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.

•

Familiarity with executive administrative support functions is essential.

•

Strong skills in transcribing documents and notes with attention to detail.

•

Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.

•

Experience in event planning and project coordination will be considered an asset.

•

Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

•

Prior experience in data entry and file management is beneficial.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
