Note: We are currently hiring three (3) regular full-time and one (1) temporary full-time Permit Associates to join our team.
As a Permit Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for our electrical contractor network. You will be responsible for managing the permitting and inspection process, maintaining contractor records, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment.
You may be asked to work additional hours when the business requires, including supporting emergency/storm situations which could fall within a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation.
