Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Permitting Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for the coordination of sales and construction trailer placement; ordering and maintaining phone service for the sales and construction facilities and obtaining building permits and water taps.

Requirements

Prior experience in the construction or homebuilding industries preferred. Two to three years experience in an administrative support position required.
