What You'll Do:

Develop and revise detailed CAD drawings for landscape design and construction projects

Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local municipalities

Communicate with permitting agencies to ensure timely approvals and resolve issues

Support estimating efforts by performing quantity takeoffs and compiling bid data

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field staff to ensure project

success

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)

Knowledge of permitting processes and local codes

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience in construction or landscape-related estimating is a plus

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
