Key Responsibilities:
•Manage, process and audit payroll for multiple business units on a weekly and bi-weekly basis
•Audit all supplemental benefits to ensure proper processing by 3rd party.
•Assist with completing yearly 401K audits.
•Run various weekly reports for the executive team.
•Ensure timesheets are submitted and accounted for
•Respond to payroll-related staff inquiries
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
•Process all employee entitlements and benefits
•Implement payroll changes, including salary adjustments and bonuses
What You’ll Need:
•5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state or multi-unit environment
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
•Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
•Strong organizational and planning abilities
•High computer literacy: experience with payroll software preferred. Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
•Ability to manage changing workloads and meet deadlines under pressure
