· Reports to Vice President of Parts & Service
o Maintains relationships with clients and prospects by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending parts.
o Facilitates orders brought by sales team and applications group, enters orders into system, works with vendors on customer application questions. (does not create PO)
o Grows demand, bookings and revenue associated with parts sales
o Brings in new customers for parts based on outside sales and referrals.
o Accredited 4-year degree preferred and/or 10 years of work equivalent preferred
o Proven experience in inside sales and customer service.
o Strong work ethic, communication, and customer service skills
o Responsible for the planning, coordinating and managing the companies parts business.
o Discovers and pursues new sales opportunities and prospects
o Sets up meetings with potential customers while listening to their needs and concerns
o Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on products and services
o Participate in conferences and meetings on behalf of the Company
o Negotiate/ close deals while handling complaints or objections
o Collaborate with other team members or employees to achieve better results
o Executes role with a high sense or urgency and ownership
o Fully utilizes all software packages to perform the job
o Identifies business opportunities and maximizes reach and potential
o Follow all company filed safety procedures and protocols
