- Receive and process orders for air comprerssor repair parts from dealership customers
- Utilize Sage management system to accurately enter and track orders
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely shipment and delivery of parts
- Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies
- Collaborate with OEM representatives to stay updated on new parts and product information
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations
- Assist in equipment repair and maintenance as needed
-Create repair estimates and parts quotes.
- Previous experience in the industrial equipment, specifically in parts management or equipment repair, is preferred
- Familiarity with Sage or similar order management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and OEM representatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
