Parts Runner - Warehouse Associate

Job Description Overview:

- This role will provide parts pick-up from our vendor locations and delivery parts to our field service operations in the Permian Basin. This role will also provide support in maintaining the warehouse with stocking purchases, staging orders, organizing inventory, and assisting in inventory counts.

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to safely drive a parts delivery pick-up truck.

- Be physically able to lift items up to 80lbs. and load/unload from a pick-up truck.

- Safely operate a forklift truck.

- Demonstrate the ability to follow directions.

- Maintain a clean driving and safety record.

- Maintain a positive can-do attitude.

- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

- Be able to multi-task and prioritize in a face-paced environment.

- Be able to participate in an afterhours on-call rotation.

- Demonstrate the ability to stock and maintain warehouse items.

Knowledge:

- General understanding of the roadways in eastern Texas.

- General understanding of gas compression equipment - components, parts, and supply base.

- General understanding of safe working practices.

- Basic mechanical knowledge.

Minimum Education and Certification:

- High School diploma or GED equivalent.

- Valid Drivers License Required

Minimum Experience:

- Entry level position.

Leadership:

- May serve as a resource to others with less experience.

- Occasionally required to stoop, twist, kneel, and squat.

- Occasionally required to climb, stairs and slanted ladders and carry up to 40 pounds with one hand.

- Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
