New Home Sales Assistant

Home Builder looking for a part time sales model assistant. Part time sales assistant job ranging from 15-20 hours per week inside a furnished model home. The Townes at Wright Dunbar.

Your duties will include opening and closing model home, showing and demonstrating model and available homes to potential buyers on the construction site.

Your duties also include taking daily notes on visits, working some weekends, making sure model home is clean and open during model hours. Professional appearance and appropriate attire essential and required.

Sales experience also helpful, real estate experience, a plus.

Must pass background check and a drug screening test.
