The Marketing Assistant will work directly with the Corporate entity, assisting the marketing team in planning and executing SEO Optimization and Digital Marketing strategies to ensure the success of all Corporate brands and services.

Position Expectations:

•

Analyze website structure, on-page content, internal linking, and other SEO factors to identify areas for improvement and develop a strategic action plan.

•

Write and optimize blog content while creating, updating, and maintaining website pages.

•

Design and implement email templates for targeted email marketing campaigns.

•

Develop engaging SMS templates for customer-focused SMS marketing.

•

Propose and implement initiatives to enhance SEO performance and organic search visibility while assisting with digital marketing campaign execution.

•

Support link-building efforts, including strategic planning and execution of SEO initiatives.

•

Monitor and analyze customer engagement across websites and social media, providing performance insights and traffic reports.

•

Assist in the ongoing development and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

•

Contribute to customer acquisition and retention efforts, leveraging organic digital and social media strategies to drive conversions.

•

Engage and communicate with customers via digital platforms to maximize engagement and ensure timely conversions.

Accountabilities:

As the marketing assistant at M&V Pro Services, you are responsible for helping the marketing department improve all SEO strategies for the websites we manage.

Essential Functions

•

Assist in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

•

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

•

Manage and grow social media accounts while tracking campaign performance.

•

Compile reports and analyze data to measure marketing effectiveness.

•

Utilize SEO tools to monitor and improve search performance. (organic & paid)

•

Perform quarterly SEO audits to identify additional optimization opportunities.

•

Develop both short-term and long-term SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.

•

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry’s best practices.

•

Expertise in SEO techniques that drive sustainable growth.

•

Experience with Squarespace and WordPress (preferred).

•

Knowledge of web analytics tools and their application to SEO performance tracking.

•

Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across teams.

•

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and self-management skills.

•

Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, filtering, and pivot tables.

•

Proficiency in Adobe Software is a must.

Visibility.

•

Maintain personal knowledge of the latest techniques employed by leading players in the SEO space and algorithm updates released by the major search engines.

Pay: From $16.00-$18.00 per hour
