POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all marketing and administrative support activities that assist the Energera Sales Department’s efforts in meeting overall department and business goals. This is a part time position, with a flexible schedule.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
Administrative Support for Sales & Marketing Team
•Assist in creating marketing materials for presentations and sales meetings
•Responsible for ordering and managing inventory for all promotional items
•Responsible for managing the Quarterly customer newsletter
•Compliance with quality and safety management requirements
Events & Tradeshow Coordination
•Assist in planning and executing special events, tradeshows, sponsorships, etc.
•Collaborate with team and stakeholders to create thoughtful and unforgettable experience that stays true to our brand
•Assist with event concepts and logistics
•Review and negotiate contracts and agendas and assist with sourcing and contracting restaurants, transportation, activities, etc.
•Responsible for setting up events
•Communicate and strategize with sales reps on tradeshow needs - travel, schedules, attendees, promotion, shipments, etc.
•Provide production support for events by sourcing event supplies, working with vendors, keeping inventory and assisting in coordination.
•Other responsibilities include (but not limited to) are administrative tasks, travel coordination, invoicing, and site visits, and assistance on-site during events.
•Coordinate meeting notes for internal and external planning, program recaps, etc.
Social Media, PR & Website
•Monitor company social media accounts. Create engaging social media content and brainstorm new social initiatives.
•Perform research to find articles and resources that are relevant to our customer & our brand.
•Manage company website and keep up to date with new pictures, videos, news articles, etc.
•Write and distribute Press Release on new products or services when needed
Campaign, Reporting and Data
•Assist in post job reporting and analysis for customer reports
•Create post follow-up event and campaign reports
•Enrich Sales CRM and Marketing Automation databases with tradeshow, event and industry lists, research and other data sources
QUALIFICATIONS
•College diploma or degree preferred
•3 years in a Sales and/or Marketing Admin role
•2 years in Oil & Gas Industry
•Excellent organization and planning skills
•Some design experience preferred
•Experience with a CRM system
•Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office
