About This Job

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Bookkeeper to join our team. You will also be responsible for helping with auditing our books to ensure our records are correct. Quickbooks experience required. This position requires proficiency bookkeeping principles.

Responsibilities

•

Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.

•

Help manage general ledger reconciliation and maintain up-to-date records.

•

Execute bank reconciliation to verify transactions and balances.

•

Prepare journal entries to reflect financial activities accurately.

•

Utilize QuickBooks

Experience

•

Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.

•

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential.

•

Strong skills in account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and bank reconciliation are required.

•

Familiarity with journal entries and technical accounting practices is a plus.

•

Experience in public accounting environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

•

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
