Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to oversee our office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing office functions, supporting staff, and maintaining financial records. Duties
•Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks and clerical duties.
•Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate account reconciliation.
•Maintain general ledger accounting and perform account analysis.
•Process payroll and ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
•Conduct technical accounting tasks as needed to support financial reporting.
•Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve workflow.
•Provide support for various projects and assist in the training of new staff members.
Skills
•Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in budgeting, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
•Familiarity with payroll processes and GAAP standards.
•Excellent technical accounting knowledge to handle complex financial tasks.
•Ability to perform account analysis effectively.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
