Our services include engineering and design, electrical engineering and automation, custom fabrication and finishing, precision machining and waterjet cutting, as well as installation, service and repair. Our precision machining and waterjet cutting services are available for contract manufacturing.
- Associates degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Business to business sales experience required.
- Knowledge and experience with sanitary components, fittings and equipment used in the food, dairy and processing industries preferred.
- Proven Technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines and due dates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
- Previous cold calling experience.
- Must possess good communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Drive profitability and revenue within assigned accounts
- Daily sales travel to current & prospect customers to sell company equipment and products, distributer products and company services.
- Maintain quality and professional customer contact and communication by phone, electronically or face to face.
- Build strong business relationships with customers providing ongoing support, products and services.
- Utilize technical capabilities to recommend products and services based on needs and interests of customer.
- Promptly respond to customer quotations, needs, inquiries and complaints.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Koss Industrial, Inc. products and services.
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Prospecting and cold calling within an assigned territory.
- Proactively identify potential customers and also contact current customers to devleope new business opportunities. 20-25 calls per day. 25 emails per day.
- Keep management informed on activity and results by submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
