Position: Closer / Sales Representative

Your Role:

- Close ready-to-go solar appointments (no cold calling)

- Deliver impactful presentations and secure homeowner agreements

- Consistently hit and surpass sales targets

Qualifications:

- 2+ years closing experience (solar/roofing/home services needed)

- Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)

- Strong closing, persuasion, and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
