- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs effectively.
- Manage a designated territory to maximize sales potential while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including upselling additional products or services as appropriate.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong background in B2B sales preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while demonstrating strong territory management capabilities.
- Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus.
