Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through lead generation.

- Conduct territory sales activities to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze customer data for informed decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

- Negotiate and close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on long-term client relationships.

- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the sales management team.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our products and services.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the oil & gas industry.

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage client expectations.

- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to assess market data and identify growth opportunities.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
