Outside Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Duties

- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking efforts.

- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products and services.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve territory sales goals.

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

- Collaborate with inside sales teams to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

- Experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.

- Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.

- A valid driver's license is required for travel within the designated territory.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
