This position is responsible for assisting the ROWI outreach program. The ROWI outreach program is an initiative that is intended to create a more systematic approach to building referral relationships with other relevant professionals in the neighboring communities. The outreach coordinator will help maintain the internal systems and grow relevant referral partners in the community. The outreach coordinator is also responsible for data entry on referral sources, attending outreach events, and other duties that may be assigned by senior management.
● Responsible for maintaining and updating a referral network of prospective psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, treatment centers, schools, nonprofits, medical providers, and collateral contacts.
● Responsible for ensuring high census in locations within the region.
● Analyze data from call logs to identify admissions and referral sources.
● Ensure that referral network list is up to date and accurate.
● Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop assets such as brochures, flyers and leave behinds.
● Learn ROWI internal workings, practices, services, staff and all relevant information needed to answer questions in the field.
● Attend networking events, conferences, speaking engagements and public relations events.
● Serve as a role model to treatment staff, clients, employees, and guests through a positive, caring and professional attitude.
● Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
● Maintain the confidential nature of clients and related activities.
● Any additional duties as assigned by the senior management team.
● BA/BS degree from an accredited School preferred.
● Minimum of (1) year of business development, marketing, and/or community relations experience.
● Must be able to communicate with people from all educational and cultural backgrounds.
● Must demonstrate tact, initiative, resourcefulness, professional manner, enthusiasm, and non-judgmental attitude.
● Must have a valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance with agency’s vehicles.
● Must have valid First-Aid & CPR Certifications and a criminal background check.
