Overview
Are you someone who enjoys making connections, building relationships, and helping clients take the next step? We’re looking for an Outreach Assistant to be the first point of contact for potential clients — someone who’s great with people, loves a good challenge, and knows how to turn a conversation into an opportunity.
In this role, your primary focus will be reaching out to leads, qualifying their interest, and setting up appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a key part in growing our business by creating strong first impressions and keeping our pipeline full.
Duties
•Reach out to warm and cold leads via phone, email, and messaging tools
•Engage prospects in friendly, meaningful conversations to understand their needs
•Schedule qualified appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
•Maintain accurate notes and data in our CRM
•Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve outreach strategies
•Stay organized and on top of outreach goals and daily follow-up tasks
•Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care
Skills & Requirements:
Experience:
•1+ years in sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar client-facing role
•Previous experience using CRM software
Communication Skills:
•Excellent verbal and written communication — clear, concise, and personable
•Ability to engage prospects and clients in friendly, professional conversations
Organization & Time Management:
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and schedules effectively
•Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
Tech-Savvy:
•Comfortable using email, phone systems, and messaging tools for outreach
•Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry to track leads and progress
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented:
•Driven to meet and exceed performance metrics, including setting appointments and generating qualified leads
•Proactive in following up with leads and prospects to ensure continuous engagement
Problem Solving & Adaptability:
•Capable of handling objections and adapting your approach based on client needs
•Quick to learn new processes or systems as required by the team
Team Collaboration:
•Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to drive results
•Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team goals and culture
