Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking an Outreach Specialist to manage existing stakeholder accounts and to bring in new stakeholders.
As an Outreach Specialist, you will:
•Engage and collaborate with stakeholders
•Develop and deploy marketing materials
•Conduct administrative and reporting tasks
•Travel regularly in the state of Wisconsin
This position reports to the Program Manager and plays a key role in helping PSD achieve successful program implementation.

What You Bring
•High School Diploma or GED
•Aptitude in learning software and database tools.
•High level of attention to detail.
•Interpersonal Communication Skills a must, ability to communicate with results to a wide variety of backgrounds and education levels.
•Experience with construction, residential energy efficiency principles and measures and/or energy waste reduction programs preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
•Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience in building and maintaining successful partnerships.
•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve program effectiveness.
•Familiarity with energy regulations, policies, and incentives is highly desirable.
•The ability and desire to learn new things and outside the box thinking is a must.
•Experience with public speaking and presentation skills.

•Must live in the state of Wisconsin
Additional Details
•Physical Demands: Frequent use of the computer requires periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration. Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations. Ability to drive in a car for long periods of time. Lift boxes of printer paper size.
•Work Environment: Office work is performed in an open and collaborative environment both virtually and on location. A home office space is required.
•Travel Requirements: Regular travel to meet with program participants and trade allies. Limited out of state travel. Total travel less than 90%.
