Enbridge is hiring an Organizational Change Specialist III right now—when you apply, Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.
The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Our client is seeking experienced specialists to support Organizational Change Specialist III related to the Contract Market Modernization (CMM) Program. This project is a large-scale, complex change initiative impacting numerous systems and stakeholders across multiple business functions. The role primarily involves planning and implementing change management activities.
- Assist in executing the overall change management strategy and approach for the Build & Implementation phase of the program.
- Lead activities identified in the Change Management Plan and associated deliverables, including Stakeholder Assessments, Change Readiness Measurement Approach, Leadership Engagement Approach, Communication Strategy, and Change Network Approach.
- Collaborate with the functional team to gather, validate, deliver, and manage logistics around change impacts identification and stakeholder communication for your assigned track.
- Work with Internal Communications and change management team members to develop change-related communications as required.
- Support Business Readiness or Training activities as needed.
- Identify and quantify related risks, and monitor and manage them throughout the project life cycle.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with the PMO, program team, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor others assigned OCM responsibilities, including on the use of tools, tactics, and sharing change management best practices.
- Related university degree in Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 or more years of directly related change management or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in an Agile project environment or on large-scale SAP implementations is preferred.
- PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, analyze, research, organize, and independently handle multiple priorities.
- Adept at synthesizing large amounts of data into concise and easy-to-digest communications.
- Ability to present information to audiences across various levels, including senior management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams to deliver change activities and materials.
- High regard for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Passion for upholding core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.- Some traveling (25-30%) is required for this role. A valid G License and responsible driving record are needed. Travel will be between the VPC and Chatham Offices.
