Order Processing Coordinator

The Order Processing Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and quality Client experiences as part of the Business Development Team.

Responsibilities

- Accurately input client orders into ERP system, ensuring all information is correct.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure that internal records are compiled for the order.

- Process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet client delivery expectations.

- Create Purchase orders to outside vendors for the specific orders processed.

- Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and provide client updates.

- Collaborate with various departments including Sales, Inventory, Tech Design, Accounting, Purchasing and Shipping.

- Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.

- Respond to inquiries from clients regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

- Experience as an order entry specialist or similar position with experience in client service or Data Entry.

- Experience in Microsoft Office applications and order entry systems

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., inventory, purchasing, finance) is an asset.

- Acumatica software experience a plus but not required.

- Reading mechanical drawings a plus but not required.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

$1,000 Hiring Bonus ($500/3months - $500/6 months)

Background check and pre-employment drug test required

Job Type: Full-time
