We have an exciting opportunity for a hybrid OQ and Contractor Compliance Administrator based in Maumelle, AR.
Position exists to provide administrative support for Operator Qualifications and Contractor Onboarding and Monitoring.
- Provide administrative assistance to the OQ & Contractor Program Manager.
- Serving as an Operator Qualifications Administrator for the Energy WorldNet System maintaining testing records, updating the user database, providing reports, and resolving technical issues with the vendor.
- Serving as a Contractor Compliance Administrator for ISNetworld, assisting with construction project startups by assisting to prequalify contractors to ensure that all company safety, insurance, drug testing, and operations qualification requirements are met prior to project commencement, and continued monitoring/auditing of contractor compliance.
- Work with employees and contractors assisting them with resolving issues related to Operator Qualifications and Contractor Compliance.
- Maintaining records of certifications for contractors' and employees' fusion & welding training, and any other assigned qualifications.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of employee training events.
- Updating Department Manuals
- Assist with new employee orientation as directed.
- Generating and distributing photo identification cards for Summit employees and contractors showing qualifications
- Provide other administrative assistance to the department, scheduling of meetings, preparation of critical department notes and agendas.
- Other clerical job duties as assigned or requested.
- 1 year experience in a corporate environment as an administrative assistant.
- High school education or GED. Some college preferred.
- Experienced in handling confidential information.
- Exhibits adaptability by maintaining effectiveness in varying environments and with many different tasks, responsibilities, and people.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (a pre-employment test will be required).
- Exhibits a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist with any request with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Good communicator.
- Must exhibit a professional personal appearance when dealing with customers, employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks.
- Demonstrates a high level of dependability and reliability exhibited by being punctual and fulfilling all commitments.
