What You’ll Do

As the Route Builder & Scheduler, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, coordinating with our Liquids Administrator and Service Manager to schedule service technicians and optimize delivery routes. You’ll make critical decisions in real-time and use GPS and field management software to keep everything running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deploy our field staff

- Optimize delivery routes using GPS and CRM/Field Management tools

- Support and communicate with both field and internal teams

- Respond to customer inquiries and schedule services professionally

- Manage and monitor customer accounts for deliveries and workorders

- Participate in on-call rotations as needed

- Embrace and adopt new technology implementations

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of customer service experience

- Candidates with technical skills that will help in their understanding of propane systems and propane deliveries

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

- Solid understanding of geographic regions for route planning

- Confidence in speaking with customers and answering questions

- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

- Proficient computer skills and adaptability with new tech

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
