The Role

We are seeking a confident and competent leader with extensive experience in consulting and executing readiness operations, and a demonstrated ability to generate value throughout the asset lifecycle and drive the successful execution of complex, multi-sector projects.

What we can offer

Typical responsibilities

+ Operational philosophy and strategy development + Operations risk management and mitigation planning + Asset integrity and maintenance readiness + Training and competency frameworks + Operational procedures and documentation + Emergency response and start-up planning + Experience in delivering readiness programs from early project phases (FEED, detailed design) through to commissioning, start-up, and handover to operations. + Systems completion and commissioning interface + Strong understanding of project delivery models (EPC, EPCM, JV structures) and how Operations Readiness integrates with project execution and assurance processes.

Leadership & Commercial Acumen:

+ Identifying and developing new business opportunities + Leading proposal and bid development + Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement + Delivering profitable, high-quality consultancy services + Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and interface with engineering, commissioning, HSE, and asset management functions.
