Operations Lead

NGON Solutions is hiring for an Operations Lead to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be supporting the company’s production efforts on location, improving efficiency and meeting quality standards. This role will require on call and will regularly meet/exceed full time hours.

Candidate MUST live near Williston, ND

Candidate MUST be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Pay commensurate with experience

- Ability to manage and mediate for a team of 2-4 employees

- Oversee training and management of field technicians

- Task delegation and coordination for field technicians to optimize workflows

- Maintain regular operations at field locations

- Be active to identify and resolve issues regarding safety, operations and reliability

- Submit accurate reporting including safety, site logs, incident and other necessary paperwork

- Mechanical/electrical experience preferred

- Conduct regular inspections to make sure equipment and operations are safe and reliable

- Work in coordination with internal teams and third parties to deploy, implement and run operations

- Read gas meters and instrumentation, recording and verifying the amounts of gas and power received and consumed

- Oversee and perform start-up procedures on location

- Assist in diagnosis, disassembly and removal of operational instrumentation from location when necessary

- Maintain proper tools and supplies as needed for field operations

- Analyze reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and maintenance processes; and recommend modifications to eliminate future problems

Qualifications

- Personnel Management experience

- Driver’s License

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Mechanical aptitude

- Electrical troubleshooting
