Job Description:

Division Description:Alpine is a leading provider of industry solutions and increased business productivity for component manufacturers helping design and manufacture the highest quality roof, floor and wall components. Our comprehensive product suite includes software, engineering services, connector plates, equipment and premier cold formed steel truss system.

Key Deliverables Within Next 12 Months:

Deliver results

- Consistently delivers on Annual Plan and Long Range Plan commitments (including FTB and sourcing savings)

- Has a strong ability to work through others and assess and drive organizational focus on the “80” issues and opportunities

- Develops and implements clear KPI’s and metrics to follow and continuously improve productivity and cost with strong 80 focus

- Delivers continuous improvement (customer facing metrics and costs) while investing in operational capabilities to support growth

Develop ITW Business Model Expertise

- Ability to clearly identify and separate the “80” and “20”

- Demonstrated deployment of In-lining and MRD to optimize “80”

- Reduces/eliminates complexity (PLS, Usa)

Talent and Culture

- Establishes high performance expectations and addresses mediocre performance and role fit with conviction

- Builds a strong team, identifies and accelerates development of hi-potential talent

- Drives positive change and challenges status quo

Compensation Information:

Starting at $138,750
