Propane Ninja is a rapidly growing propane logistics and service company serving residential, commercial, and industrial markets across Florida. We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Director of Operations to lead our field operations, delivery network, plant production, fleet logistics, and inventory systems.

This position requires a leader who can build efficient systems, manage people, drive financial performance, and execute daily operations at a high level. The role works closely alongside the Managing Director and partners directly with the company’s leadership team to drive operational success, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Must Have

- 7+ years in propane, energy, logistics, or fleet leadership.

- Expert in propane delivery, production, safety, and regulations.

- Experience managing multi-location growth operations.

- Strong financial management: budgets, expenses, profit margins.

- Proven leadership, coaching, and people development skills.

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and highly accountable mindset.

- Florida Category I LP Gas Dealer License (within 6 mos)

Nice to have

- CETP Certifications

- CDL with Hazmat Endorsement

- DOT, OSHA, NFPA Safety Certifications

The Director of Operations will work closely with this highly engaged leadership team, directly influencing daily operations while contributing to the company’s continued expansion and long-term success.
