As an Onsite Service Technician, you will shine as you provide world-class service to one of our key accounts in your area. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
What you will be doing:
- Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair
- Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction
- Managing time to be most effective
What you will bring to the role:
- Prior experience in maintaining and repairing printers/copiers required
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Knowledge of basic networking required
- Computer and analytical skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes
- Must have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid clean driver’s license issued in your state of residence
- Must be willing to meet on-site client requirements: Qualified candidates for this position must be fully vaccinated by start date of hire for the Covid 19 virus and be able to provide proof of vaccination. Must also have or be willing to receive TB Test, Varicella Titer/Vaccines, MMR Titer/Vaccines, Seasonal Flu Vaccine, Hep B Vaccine or declination, Tdap, and participate in a new hire background check and drug screening.
