Dimension Energy, a leading developer of community solar, is seeking an O&M Contracts Specialist - Agrivoltaics to support vegetation management and field services across a growing national portfolio of community solar sites. This role is responsible for contracting and coordinating grazing, mechanical mowing, washing, snow removal, and other agrivoltaics-related field services across 100+ sites, ensuring work is completed safely, documented properly, and invoiced accurately.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations and is based in Atlanta, GA.
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a process-focused mindset.
- Bachelor's degree required (preference to agriculture, environmental science, renewable energy, construction management, or related fields)
- Passion for renewable energy and/or sustainable land management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across many sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn a variety of software tools
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vendor contracts, procurement, or service agreements
- Familiarity with vegetation management, agriculture, livestock grazing, or land stewardship
- Experience with solar O&M, construction, or field services coordination
- Partner with local sheep farmers and grazing providers to contract grazing as a primary vegetation management strategy across solar sites
- Contract mechanical mowing to supplement grazing, where necessary
- Review site documentation (leases, permits, SWPPPs, and other requirements) to identify vegetation and land management obligations and translate them into vendor contract scopes
- Maintain and continuously update a centralized database of vegetation requirements, vendor agreements, and service schedules across growing list of sites
- Coordinate with partners to ensure services are performed on time, properly documented, and aligned with contractual requirements
- Review documentation and approve invoices for completed work, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Work cross-functionally with development, construction, and permitting teams to expand and improve agrivoltaics initiatives (e.g., permitting support, system designs, seed mixes that enable grazing)
- Coordinate with Performance Engineering to identify when module washing is required and schedule washing services with partners
- Coordinate snow plowing and winter access services at operational sites, where relevant
- Support the broader O&M team by assisting with preventive maintenance documentation, spare part tracking, and other operational process needs.
