Oil Burner Technician

Hello HVAC Technicians, Oil Burner Technicians, Hot water heater fixers, and or tune up professionals!!! We are looking to hire an experienced and licensed Oil Burner Tech in the central MA area. Come join a family owned and operated business. (Mostly family, but some of us non-family members are pretty awesome as well ;)

This is super important and we don't like having to stress this, but, in order to be considered for this job, you MUST currently possess a valid Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician's license. We want to be able to hand you the keys to your company vehicle (that you can take home) and get you out the door and on the job.

The main responsibilities for this position are Heating System Tune Ups. Right now, we average 4 Tune up's a day, booked through the beginning of February 2026, with a few service calls mixed in. We schedule you so you don't have to travel all over kingdom come so you work quicker and more efficiently. Who doesn't like that?? The work day is 7:30-4:00pm. That's it. You will be put on call after hours one weekday a week and one rotating weekend each month. Standby pay will be available for those on-call shifts. Like overtime? We have it. Especially November 1st to April 30th. Extra $$. Yay.

Hourly pay will commensurate with experience. A sign on bonus will be offered to the right candidate. Benefits of working here??? We have those.
