Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office procedures, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to office management.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
•Maintain records, contracts, and documentation related to the North Carolina Specific Service Sign Program.
•Manage Human Resources (HR) functions, including employee onboarding and personnel management.
•Oversee Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
•Utilize Microsoft Business Central accounting software for financial management.
•Assist in financial processes, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
•Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.
•Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
•Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
•Handle correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
•Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
•Note: This position does not involve customer outreach.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
•Experience in Administrative experience support, or a related role.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
•Experience with Microsoft Business Central accounting software preferred.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience in transportation, signage, or government contracting is a plus.
