Job Summary:
Ally Waste is looking for a proactive, energetic, ultra-organized Office Manager to help keep our fast-paced HQ running smoothly and our teams supported nationwide. You'll handle everything from daily office needs and team lunches to gift logistics and supply coordination
Responsibilities:
•Managing office groceries, snacks, and kitchen cleanliness
•Overseeing lunch orders and Tuesday catering setup
•Coordinating supplies for field teams and new hires
•Organizing welcome kits, gifts, birthdays, and work anniversaries
•Supporting training events and team travel logistics
•Handling FedEx shipments, Amazon orders, and printing needs
•Purchasing and tracking gift cards and event supplies
Required Skills/Abilities
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•A self-starter attitude with high attention to detail
•Experience in office management or admin coordination
•Friendly, helpful, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Education and Experience:
•At least 1-2 years of office/administrative experience (preferred)
