Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, exceptional customer support abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient office management and providing excellent service to our clients. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a productive work environment and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
Duties
•Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
•Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
•Oversee phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office and with clients.
•Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
•Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
•Implement organizational systems to enhance office efficiency.
•Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
•Support other functions like issuing fuel cards and reconciling invoices, entering Purchase Orders.
•Making sure the office is fully stocked for inventory (kitchen and boardroom).
•Other duties as defined by the company.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in an office management or clerical role is preferred.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
•Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
•Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and document management.
