The Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting all aspects of the business, from coordinating travel arrangements to assisting with accounting and administrative functions. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining internal processes that promote efficiency, accountability, and smooth day-to-day operations. Success in this role will be driven by strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as consistent, high-quality execution of responsibilities.

What you’ll do:
•Regulatory Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for sharing Eneration information with regulatory bodies.
•Board Support: Prepare board meeting materials and record minutes during meetings.
•Vendor Management: Act as the main liaison for vendors and contractors supporting Eneration’s operations.
•Expense Tracking: Capture and record expenses to assist the Director of Finance.
•Process Development: Create and manage systems that help staff efficiently track critical information.
•Employee Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
•Inquiry Management: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
•Event & Travel Coordination: Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
•Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts by creating materials and updating website content.
•General Support: Perform other duties as assigned.
