We’re hiring for an Office Manager & Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, HR support, payroll, and general office upkeep. This is a key operations role with no direct reports, but offers room to grow into a leadership or operations-focused position over time. We offer some flexibility in scheduling—this full-time role can be structured as either 5 x 8-hour days or 4 x 10-hour days.
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
- Manage invoicing in QBO & Helcim, and accounts receivable
- Process bills and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Track job costs and project-specific expenses
- Assist with monthly reports and financial summaries
- Run bi-weekly payroll using Rippling
- Onboard new hires and maintain employee records
- Track PTO and attendance, and assist with basic HR compliance tasks
- Support internal HR communication
- Keep the office organized, supplied, and running smoothly
- Maintain and update project data in Monday.com
- Coordinate internal schedules, documentation, and follow-ups
- Support company leadership with general administrative tasks- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required)
- Familiarity with payroll and HR systems (Gusto is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Strong working knowledge of cloud-based tools like Monday.com
- Ability to pass a background check through Utah DOPL, including BCA and FBI fingerprinting
- Bonus: Experience supporting a fast-paced or growing company
- Competitive salary: $60,000–$80,000 based on experience
